YouTube to Fork Over User Data to Viacom

A Manhattan U.S. district court ruled this week that Google must turn over records of infringing videos it has taken off YouTube as well as viewer data, including user access information, to Viacom, TVWeek.com reports. The Web-video giant, however, doesn't have to turn over its search source code in the YouTube copyright lawsuit brought against it by the media, PaidContent reports.
