A new Bear Stearns study finds that marketers this year will spend $1.35 billion on Web video ads, only 1.6% of what they're expected to spend on broadcast and cable TV,
Silicon Alley Insider says. Spending is expected to rise to $4.3 billion, or 3.3% of broadcast and cable spending, by 2011. The same report predicts YouTube will earn $90 million in revenue, securing 7% of the Web video advertising market.
